DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY – BAI TU LONG BAY

08:00 – 08:50 Pick-up at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. (Optional)

12:15 – 12:50 Check in aboard with a welcome drink from our crew while the manager introduces the safety briefing and the boat cruises forward to Bai Tu Long Bay.

13:15 Let your vacation start with a delicious lunch in the restaurant.

15:50 Discover Thien Canh Son Cave, located on top of a mountain, containing a long history of geological value and natural beauty. We recommend you bring a camera and wear sport shoes for hiking.

17:50 Enjoy your time with the beautiful sunset on the bay and join our Happy Hour.

18:00 Cooking class on the sundeck with the Deep-Fried Spring Rolls — one of the unique flavors of Vietnamese food.

19:30 If the weather permits, dinner will be served on the sundeck or in the restaurant. After dinner, it’s your choose for a fun squid fishing, spa (charge fees) or relaxing.

DAY 2: BAI TU LONG BAY – HALONG BAY – HANOI

06:50 Start your day with Tai Chi on the sundeck.

07:00 Light breakfast served in the dining room.

07:45 Visit Vung Vieng Floating Fishing Village, one of the largest villages in Halong Bay. You will have the chance to learn about the life of local fishermen and enjoy optional activities: bamboo boat or kayaking.

09:00 – 09:30 Back to the main boat for relaxing and check out at the reception, please put all your luggage at the outside of your cabin door, crew member will help to bring luggage on land.

09:45 Brunch is served in the restaurant while the boat heads back to the harbor.

11:00 Disembark at the harbor.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Under 5 years old: free of charge, sharing the same room with the parents and utilizing the existing bed (maximum 1 child).
From 5 to under 11 years old: 85% of adult charge, sharing the same room with the parents and utilizing the existing bed or using the extra bed.
From 12 years old: 100% of adult charge.

BOOKING POLICY:

More than 07 days prior to check-in: free of charge.
From 06 to 04 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates.
Less than 03 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5–7 business days.
Cancellation due to Bad Weather: We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as: weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics, or on the express order of the local authorities. If we cancel your booking, you can either receive a refund or accept an alternative date/booking from us at the equivalent or similar standard/price, if possible. In case the alternative option has a lower standard, we will refund the difference.

Check out: 10:30–11:00am
Return Hanoi: 14:30–15:00pm
The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old.
Children from 5–9 years old will pay extra charge as mentioned.
Children above 09 years old pay full as adult.
A compulsory surcharge of US$50/adult will be applied for the following days for Gala Dinner: Christmas Eve (24th December, 2025) & New Year’s Eve (31st December, 2025).
Shuttle bus: $10/person/one way (adults and children round trip Hanoi – Halong – Hanoi).

Pick up/Drop off point: around the Hanoi Old Quarter (or if you are outside, our meeting point is Hanoi Opera House).
