Join us for an immersive Hanoi Full Day City Tour where you’ll explore the rich history and cultural heritage of Vietnam’s capital, visiting iconic landmarks and experiencing local traditions.
Itinerary Detail
8:00 – 8:30: Guests will be picked up by our friendly guide to commence the exploration of Hanoi City.
08:45: Arrival at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake. This pagoda, built in the 6th century, is the oldest pagoda in Hanoi.
09:30: Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, where visitors have the opportunity to view the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh. They can then stroll through the garden to see the two houses where he lived and worked from 1954 to 1969. Following this, a visit to the One Pillar Pagoda, which houses the Goddess of Mercy and is renowned as the most unique pagoda in the world. Guests are advised to dress modestly by covering their shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, temples, and pagodas… Please note that Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays. Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed for at least 2 months (from June 15th to August 15th) annually for maintenance, but visitors can still take pictures and explore the surrounding area.
11:15: Explore the Vietnam Ethnology Museum to gain insight into the diverse culture of the 54 ethnic groups across Vietnam. Special Note: On Mondays when the Ethnology Museum is closed, we will visit the Women’s Museum.
12:45: Enjoy a Vietnamese cuisine lunch at our restaurant, featuring 8 delicious dishes.
14:00-14:15: Proceed to the Temple of Literature, founded in the 11th century as Vietnam’s first university.
15:15: Depart for Hoa Lo Prison Museum, originally utilized by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. The site was famously known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton.”
16:15-16:30: The tour concludes, and guests will be taken back to their hotel.”
CHILDREN POLICY
From 1-4 years old: Free of charge, sharing the service with parents (Surcharged 5 usd/seat for shuttle bus and 10 usd/seat for limousine bus)
From 5-8 years old: 75% of charge (Appy for 1 child, the second child will be charged 100% of adults)
From 9 years old and up : 100% of adults
SPECIAL NOTES:
Should bring the necessary things such as : cash, cellphone or camara, raincoat/ umbrella ,sun block …( depending on the weather)
Option Cyclo Ride/ Puppet Show will be done in the end of the tour.
Tour may finish a bit earlier or later in some cases
