Under 4: Free, sharing existing beds/services with parents; meals and entrance fees may be charged separately where applicable.
4–8: 85% of the adult rate, sharing existing beds with parents.

Extra bed: Additional charges may apply depending on hotel/room arrangement.
Two children sharing one room: Child rates and extra-bed requirements are subject to hotel policy.
Domestic Flight:
Under 2: 10% of the adult airfare, no separate seat.

✦ Bad Weather / Cruise Cancellation
If the cruise is cancelled due to weather or an official safety decision: Full refund, reschedule, or refund of the price difference if the alternative service is of lower value.

Any applicable restrictions will be advised by email when the booking is confirmed. The cancellation and refund terms of the respective service provider will apply.
To be valid, cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to your Indochina Today Travel consultant. Cancellations made by phone, chat, or other channels are not considered official unless subsequently confirmed in writing.
