My partner really enjoyed the mix of city sightseeing, history, and the Mekong Delta. They were fascinated by the Cu Chi Tunnels and then loved the quieter boat ride through the delta. Having such different experiences in one trip made it feel very worthwhile for both of us.

21 September, 2026We enjoyed this trip because it covered the city, history and countryside in one itinerary. Ho Chi Minh City gave us time to see the main landmarks and experience the busy local atmosphere, while the Cu Chi Tunnels showed us a very different side of Vietnam’s history. My partner preferred the Mekong Delta, especially the boat rides through the smaller canals and the visits to local villages and workshops. We also had opportunities to try tropical fruit and local specialties along the way. The three parts of the trip felt different but worked well together.

My partner loved seeing the coconut trees close to the water and watching local life along the riverbanks. After the busy atmosphere of Ho Chi Minh City, the slower pace felt wonderfully refreshing. We both enjoyed having time to simply take in the scenery together.
