• One child aged 0-3 accompanying the parents travels for free. For the second child aged 1-3, 50% of the adult rate is applicable.
• Children between 4 and 6 years old are charged at 50% of the adult rate without an extra bed.
• Children aged 7 to 10 years old are charged at 75% of the adult rate without an extra bed.
• Children aged 11 and above are charged as adults, with an extra bed provided.
• Children requesting an extra bed will be charged at the adult rate.

Booking Policy:

• More than 7 days prior to check-in: Free of charge.
• From 6 to 4 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates.
• Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates.
• Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

Cancellation due to Bad Weather:

We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as: weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics, or on the express order of local authorities. If we cancel your booking, you can either receive a refund or accept an alternative date/booking from us at the equivalent or similar standard/price, if possible. In case the alternative option has a lower standard, we will refund the difference.
