ACCOMMODATION & FACILITIES:

Day 1: Hanoi – Halong – Bai Tu Long Bay – Cong Do – Cap La Island – Tra San

07:30 – 08:00: Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi by shuttle bus. Journey to Halong City. Break on the way.
12:00: Arrival at Halong International Port. Board a tender boat to reach your cruise ship.
12:30: Embark on the cruise. Gather at the onboard restaurant for a welcome briefing with your guide, who will share important information about the itinerary, safety instructions, and included services.
12:45: Check-in to your cabin and enjoy some leisure time.
13:15: Lunch is served at the onboard restaurant as the cruise sails towards Cap La Island.
15:00: Board the day boat or kayak to explore the untouched beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay’s natural reserve. Optional swimming at a pristine beach. Dry bags and towels will be provided.
17:30: Return to the main vessel. The cruise anchors for the night.
18:15: Enjoy a sunset cocktail on the sundeck. Join a fun vegetable carving demonstration.

09:45: Participate in a Vietnamese spring roll cooking demonstration led by the onboard chef.
10:15: Enjoy a farewell lunch/brunch in the dining room.
11:15–11:30: Final billing and check-out. Disembark the cruise.
12:00: Board the shuttle bus for the return trip to Hanoi.
14:30–15:00: Arrival in Hanoi. End of the tour.

Day 1: Halong International Cruise Port – Cong Do – Cap La (L, D)

07.30 – 8:00: Our shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi.
12.00: Arrival in our office at Halong International Cruise Port, you will have a bit time to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Wait for our captain to finish the registration. Transfer by tender to the cruise.
12.30: Embarkation on the cruise. Enjoy welcome drinks and spend a couple minutes listening to the tour guide’s briefing before discovering the boat.
13.00: Delicious Vietnamese lunch will be served while you’re leisurely cruising further into Bai Tu Long Bay.
15.00: Arrival in kayaking area – Cap La Island. Enjoy canoeing amongst the karst and breathtaking nature as well as swimming and relaxing on a natural beach. You can also explore the area by taking the tender boat. Towels and waterproof bags will be provided. The cruise will stop in the anchorage area.
17.00: Back to the boat and relax.
18.00: Sunset party with music and happy hour. The chef will join the party and demonstrate how to transform vegetables into flowers.
19.00: Sumptuous dinner onboard.
20.30: Free time to challenge yourself in Vietnamese puzzle games, or gathers your group/family for a board game; try your luck with squid fishing or simply has a cocktail and enjoy the quiet night on the bay.

Day 2: Vung Vieng Village – Cong Dam – Cong Do (B, L, D)

06.00: Start your day with a Tai Chi session on sundeck or catch a morning view of the stunning bay’s landscape. Coffee will be available around 6.30.
07.00: Breakfast will be served as a buffet, familiar to your stomach to fulfill your strength and ready for another day.
08.30-09.00: Transfer to a day cruise. Spend more time kayaking and swimming (if weather permits) at Cong Dam or relaxing on the day boat. If the weather allows, we can take a glance at Thay Cave before getting back to the anchor point.
12.00: Back to the boat for a delicious hot lunch at noontime
13.00: Cruise past several floating hamlets including Cap La and Cong Dam and enter the Centre of pristine Bai Tu Long Geology Park. In there, we will visit Vung Vieng fishing village and you can choose to learn how to drive the boat under the instruction of local people, or having a fisherman rowing boat for you. Each bamboo boat can only transfer from 2 to 4 people.
14.00 – 15:00: Return to the main boat. The activities will repeat themselves. You can choose to join the new group or stay quietly on the cruise and relax.
19.00: Dinner will be served.
20.30: Free time for joining Games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing.

Day 3: Cap La – Halong International Port (B, L)

06.00: Start your day with a Tai Chi session on sundeck or catch a morning view of the stunning bay’s landscape. Coffee will be available around 6.30.
07.00: Breakfast will be served as a buffet, familiar to your stomach to fulfill your strength and ready for another day.
07.30: Explore the well hidden Thien Canh Son Cave.
08.30: Return to the cruise. You should have enough time to pack your luggage and have a shower.
09.15: Check-out. Heavy luggage in the corridor. Key on the door.
09.45: Preparation of a simple Vietnamese dish – fresh spring rolls – with detailed explanation by the guide.
10.15: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese brunch on boat.
10.45 – 11.30: Payment and debarkation. Return to the Port and wait for the shuttle bus.
12.00: Our bus will take you back to Hanoi.
14.30 – 15.00: End of tour. You will be dropped off to your preferred location.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Under 5 years old: free of charge, sharing the same room with the parents and utilizing the existing bed (maximum 1 child).
From 5 to under 11 years old: 85% of adult charge, sharing the same room with the parents and utilizing the existing bed or using the extra bed.
From 12 years old: 100% of adult charge.

BOOKING POLICY:

More than 07 days prior to check-in: free of charge.
From 06 to 04 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates.
Less than 03 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5–7 business days.
Cancellation due to Bad Weather: We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as: weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics, or on the express order of the local authorities. If we cancel your booking, you can either receive a refund or accept an alternative date/booking from us at the equivalent or similar standard/price, if possible. In case the alternative option has a lower standard, we will refund the difference.

The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old.
Children from 5–9 years old will pay extra charge as mentioned.
Children above 09 years old pay full as adult.
A compulsory surcharge of US$50/adult will be applied for the following days for Gala Dinner: Christmas Eve (24th December, 2025) & New Year’s Eve (31st December, 2025).
Shuttle bus: $10/person/one way (adults and children round trip Hanoi – Halong – Hanoi).

Pick up/Drop off point: around the Hanoi Old Quarter (or if you are outside, our meeting point is Hanoi Opera House).
