DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY – BAI TU LONG BAY (L, D)
08:30 – 09:00: Our shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi located Old Quarter
and start our trip to explore the most amazing bay in the North of Vietnam.
12:00: Arrive in Sunworld Pier, you will have a bit time to relax and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. Wait for our captain to finish the registration and
transfer by tender to our boat.

12:45: Enjoy welcome drink and spend a couple minutes to briefing about safety on boat and activities included then we check in our cabin.
13:30: Delicious Vietnamese set menu will be served while leisurely cruising further into Bai Tu
Long Bay.

15:00: Arrive in kayaking area – that is Cap La Island. Enjoy kayaking through the karst and
breathtaking nature, swimming and relaxing.

17:30: Get back to the boat and enjoys our Sunset party while our cruise sailing to the overnight anchorage.

19:00: Sumptuous set-dinner onboard.

20:30: Free time to challenge yourself in Vietnamese puzzle games, or gathers your group/family for a board game; try your luck with squid fishing or simply has a cocktail and
enjoy the quiet night on the bay.

DAY 2: BAI TU LONG BAY – HALONG – HANOI (B, L)
06:00: Start your day with a Tai Chi routine on sundeck or catch a morning view of the stunning bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.

07:00: Breakfast will be served in Western style, familiar to you to fulfill your strength and
ready for another exploring day.

08:00: Explore the well hidden Thien Canh Son Cave and enjoy a white sandy beach at Hon Co Island.

09:00: Upon return to the boat you will have about 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing.

10:00: Attend in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration. You can quickly learn a simple
but delicious Vietnamese dish that Gordon Ramsey (a 2 Michelin Star Chef) used to guide –
Nem Cuon.

11:00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch on boat.

12:00: Back to the harbor and disembark in Hon Gai pier.

12:30: Farewell Halong Bay then our bus will take you back to Hanoi.

15:00 -15:30 : End of service.

DAY 1: HALONG INTERNATIONAL CRUISE PORT – CONG DO – CAP LA (L, D)

07:45 – 8:30: Our shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi and start our trip to explore the most amazing bay in the North of Vietnam. On the way, we will have a quick stopat Pearl Village near Halong International Cruise Port. Guests will visit and see local people how to make the pearl.

12:30: Arrive in Sunworld Pier, you will have a bit time to relax and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. Wait for our captain to finish the registration and transfer by tender to our boat.

DAY 2: VUNG VIENG VILLAGE – CONG DAM – CONG DO (B, L, D)

06:00: Start your day with a Tai Chi routine on sundeck or catch a morning view of the stunning bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.

07:00: Breakfast will be served in Western style, familiar to you to fulfill your strength and ready for another exploring day.

09:30: Spend more time for kayaking and swimming (if weather allows) at Cong Dam or relaxing on boat.

12:00: Back to the boat for a delicious hot lunch at noontime

14:00: Transfer to a day cruise, we cruise passing several floating hamlets including Cap La and Cong Dam, we enter the Centre of pristine Bai Tu Long Geology Park. In there, we will visit Vung Vieng fishing village and Tourists can choose to learn how to drive the boat under the instruction of local people, or having a fisherman rowing boat for you. Each bamboo boat can only sit from 2 to 4 people, tourists can visit around the fishing village. If the weather allows, we can take a glance at Thay Cave before back to the anchor point.

16:30: Return to the main boat and enjoy sunset party afterwards

19:00: Dinner will be served.

20:30: Free time for joining Games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing.

DAY 3: CAP LA – HALONG INTERNATIONAL PORT (B, L)

06:30: Start early Tai Chi demonstration on sundeck.

07:30: Breakfast will be served in Western style and furthermore with Vietnamese traditional food.

08:00: Explore the well hidden Thien Canh Son Cave and enjoy a white sandy beach at Hon Co Island. Our tour guide will provide some interesting stories of Ha Long Bay and this cave, made by Mother Nature.

09:00: Finish packing and check out of your cabin. Prepare to join in our traditional cooking demonstration.

10:30: Vietnamese cooking demonstration on boat.

11:00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch.

12:00: Disembark in Bai Chay pier

12:30: Farewell Halong Bay then returns to Hanoi

14:30: End of service.

< 4 years old: Free of charge (share transfer seats & bed with adults)
From 4 – 8/9 years old: 75% of adult rates if using extra bed at cabin – depends on each cruise
From 9/10 years older: 100% as adult rates – depends on each cruise

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations only become effective once our sales office receives notification of cancellation IN WRITING to our email: sales@indochinatodaytravel.com

For individual guests or group of guests with number of person lower than 6:

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
If cancelled before 1 days or No – Show, the total of reservation will be full charged

For group of guest with number of person larger than 6:

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
Later or No – Show, the total of reservation will be full charged

For group of guest whose charters the boat

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
Later or No – Show, the total of reservation will be full charged

NOTES FOR PASSENGERS

Surcharge 25% for Merry Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Chinese Lunar Year
Registration is required. Guest must contact with us 1 day before to supply passport’s information as: full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, visa expiry… otherwise, guest will get introduction about the method to check in, policies…. we will not responsible for any extra charge in case of late, missing. All of above cases are considered as no-show (not arrival).
Please note that the time may be changed depending on the policies of Halong bay management or weather permission. We will inform you before getting on the cruise.
For using the transfer service only: Daily shuttle bus departs from Hanoi Old Quarter at 8.00 – 8.30am, arriving Halong Bay at 12.00 – 12.30pm)
