Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay

08:15 – 08:45 Pick up: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in the Old Quarter or at our cruise waiting lounge (if you have booked the shuttle with us). The journey time to Halong Bay takes approximately 2.5 hours.

09:50 Comfort stop A short break on route for refreshments (15 minutes).

11:30 – 11:45 Tuan Chau International Cruise Port You will be presented at Tuan Chau International Port (Navigation: here), where Essence Grand Cruise staff will welcome and assist with check-in procedures.
12:30 Check-in You will check in at the Reception, on the first floor.

13:00 – 14:30 Enjoy the welcome drinks and have lunch Enjoy our welcome drink and be introduced to the itinerary and safety policies. Lunch will be served in the Dining By The Bay restaurant.
15:30 – 16:30 Explore the Sung Sot Cave The transfer boat and the Essence Grand Cruise staff team will take you to the Sung Sot Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay, discovered by a group of French explorers in 1901.

*For the guests who do not get involved in experience activities: You can enjoy our services on the cruise including spa & massage, 4-season pool, cigar & lounge, kid clubs, etc.

17:30 – 18:30 Sunset and Happy Hour time Enjoy the best moments of the day as the sun hits the water between the dramatic limestone peaks and emerald-green coves, choose and savour Canapé and
your favourite drink offerings at the Sky bar.

19:00 Dinner at restaurant Tantalize your taste buds with a selection of Western and Vietnamese cuisine. 21:00 After dinner After dinner, chill out in your suite; pamper yourself at the spa; experience squid fishing back of the boat on the first floor; or spend time with your fellow companions at our cigar and wine lounge, karaoke club, sky bar or the pool bar. Day 2: Halong Bay – Luon Cave – Hanoi

06:00 – 6:30 Meditation on Sundeck Start your new day full of energy with meditation exercises that help balance and regenerate energy or fitness exercises at the gym on the cruise ship

06:30 – 07:30 Light breakfast A light breakfast will be served in the restaurant.

07:30 – 08:30 Visit the Luon cave by a bamboo boat Our speed boat will transport you to Luon Cave – the best destination for visiting by rowing bamboo boat, located on the north-eastern part of Bo Hon Island

09:30-10:30 Check out and Enjoy a brunch buffet Check out at our Reception Desk on the first floor. Enjoy the brunch buffet on the cruise while continuing the journey back to the port.

10:45 Get back to the Essence Grand Lounge Cruise back to the Essence Grand Cruise port.

11:00 Start your trip back to Hanoi Arrive back in Hanoi approximately

14:30 – 14:45. End of your 2 days 1 night trip

Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay

08:30 Transfer to day boat You will be picked up at the cruise and start your trip from Titop island by day boat.

10:30 – 11:30 Transfer to Lan Ha bay Transfer to Lan Ha bay which is formed by the archipelago Cat Ba island. Stop at Dark and Bright caves area for kayaking.

11:30 Lunch time Lunch will be served on boat.

12:30 – 13:30 Chilling time at Ba Trai Dao beach Enjoy the crystal blue water and beautiful white sand in Ba Trai Dao beaches

Day 3: Halong Bay – Luon cave – Hanoi

Our speed boat will transport you to Luon Cave – a best destination for visiting by rowing bamboo boat, located on the north-eastern part of Bo Hon Island. Then, you will join kayaking – an unskippable activity in Halong Bay.

09:30 – 10:30 Check out and Enjoy a brunch buffet

Check out at our Reception Desk on the first floor. Enjoy the brunch buffet on the cruise while continuing the journey back to the port.

10:45 Get back to the Essence Grand Lounge

Cruise back to the Essence Grand Cruise port.

11:00 Start your trip back to Hanoi

Arrive back in Hanoi approximately 14:30 – 14:45. End of your 3 days 2 nights trip.

Children Policy:

One child aged 0-3 accompanying the parents travels for free, for the second child aged 1-3, 50% of the adult rate is applicable.
Children between 4 and 6 years old are charged at 50% of the adult rate without an extra bed.
Children aged 7 to 10 years old are charged at 75% of the adult rate without an extra bed.
Children aged 11 and above are charged as adults, with an extra bed provided.
Children requesting an extra bed will be charged at the adult rate.

Booking Policy:

More than 07 days prior to check-in: free of charge
From 06 to 04 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 03 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

Cancellation due to Bad Weather

We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as: weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics or on the express order of the local authorities. If we cancel your booking, you can either receive a refund or accept an alternative date/ booking from us at the equivalent or similar standard/ price, if possible. In case the alternative option has a lower standard, we will refund the difference.

The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old
traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
Children from 4-11 will pay extra charge as mentioned.
Children 11 and above must pay full fare as adult.
A compulsory surcharge of US$50/ adult will be applied for the following days for Gala Dinner:
Christmas Eve (24th December, 2024)
New Year’s Eve (31st December, 2024)
Shuttle bus: $20/person (adults and children round trip Hanoi – Halong – Hanoi).
