Children Policy:

• One child aged 0-3 accompanying the parents travels for free, for the second child aged 1-3, 50% of the adult rate is applicable.
• Children between 4 and 6 years old are charged at 50% of the adult rate without an extra bed.
• Children aged 7 to 10 years old are charged at 75% of the adult rate without an extra bed.
• Children aged 11 and above are charged as adults, with an extra bed provided.
• Children requesting an extra bed will be charged at the adult rate.

Booking Policy:

• More than 07 days prior to check-in: free of charge
• From 06 to 04 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less than 03 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates.
• Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

Cancellation due to Bad Weather

We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as: weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics or on the express order of the local authorities. If we cancel your booking, you can either receive a refund or accept an alternative date/ booking from us at the equivalent or similar standard/ price, if possible. In case the alternative option has a lower standard, we will refund the difference.

Halong Bay
Halong Bay, located in the Gulf of Tonkin and also known as the Bay of the Descending Dragon, is comprised of 1,969 limestone islands that create a breathtaking seascape. This area features vibrant local life, small floating villages, idyllic sandy beaches, and stunning caves that draw visitors from around the globe.
Recognized as a Natural Wonder of the World, Halong Bay is characterized by its striking limestone formations that rise dramatically from the turquoise waters. These sculptural peaks vary in shape and size, making the bay an essential destination to experience in one’s lifetime.

Bai Tu Long Bay
As a part of the Halong Bay UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bai Tu Long Bay is celebrated for its enchanting natural beauty and is less affected by mass tourism. This expansive area encompasses three-quarters of Halong Bay, featuring rich biodiversity and pristine landscapes. The bay is marked by countless limestone karsts and islets that emerge from the water, with several caves and grottos scattered throughout. Most of the islands remain uninhabited, serving as habitats for diverse flora and fauna.

Some remarkable attractions in Bai Tu Long Bay include the Cong Do area, which spans 23 square kilometers and is home to numerous limestone islands teeming with wildlife. Thien Canh Son Cave, located on Hon Co Island, offers a captivating glimpse into the geological wonders of the region, while Vong Vieng Fishing Village showcases the unique lifestyle of the local community living on the water in this World Heritage Site.

Halong Bay is famed for its remarkable limestone formations and unspoiled sandy beaches, and it also features an array of stunning caves. During your cruise through Bai Tu Long Bay, you’ll have the chance to explore the magnificent Thien Canh Son Cave on Paradise Island, which has been formed over thousands of years.
As you approach the cave via a narrow pathway, you’ll be awestruck by this natural marvel. Although the trek may be slightly challenging for older visitors, it is generally manageable for younger and middle-aged individuals. The reward for your effort is a spectacular view from the top that makes the climb worthwhile!

Vung Vieng Floating Fishing Village
Once home to a thriving community of hundreds, Vung Vieng Fishing Village relied on fishing and tourism for its livelihood, with supplies brought in from the mainland, located several kilometers away. The vibrant floating homes, which have housed multiple generations, offer a glimpse into the local lifestyle.
Today, due to government policies, all residents of the floating village have moved to land to enhance children’s education and improve living standards. However, Vung Vieng still remains an intriguing attraction, providing visitors with insights into the “floating lives” that once characterized Halong Bay. This unique aspect of local culture is a significant feature of the fishing communities within this World Heritage Site.

Yen Duc Village
Nestled between Hanoi and Halong Bay, Yen Duc Village is one of the few remaining areas in the Delta that preserves its traditional agricultural way of life, showcasing the genuine charm of rural Vietnam. During harvest time, the golden rice fields and sunlit areca gardens create a picturesque landscape. The village, known for its historical significance, was a stronghold during wartime and nurtured many brave heroes who sacrificed for their community.
Like other rural areas, the residents here are known for their hard work, kindness, and positivity.
